Why do you need my data?

At the time of your first massage I take a consultation form. The consultation form is in paper form. It is an insurance requirement enabling me to assess whether massage is safe for you. It also helps me understand you and your own unique needs.

 

What do you do with my data?

For insurance reasons and for my reference, I keep a paper copy only of your consultation form for 10 years under lock and key. I do not share any information on the form without your express permission.

 

Do you keep my data for marketing?

If you have indicated during the consultation, via my website or by text/email that you would like to receive my newsletters, I have stored your name and email address in mailchimp. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link at the bottom of all my newsletters.

 

Otherwise, I keep your email and mobile number on your consultation form for the sole purpose of arranging massage appointments, sending payment details and delivering feedback.

 

Who do you share my data with?
Your data is confidential. I do not share your information with anyone. I use your data solely for the purpose of running my massage therapy business.
